Careers

All high risk positions must meet the following criteria:
  • All persons applying must produce a criminal records check from their host country
  • All persons applying must have current immunizations, and proof of recent (within 90 days) medical clearance/physical
  • All applicants must have a valid, verifiable military history  (special forces, and or police special operations given preference)
  • CV’s must be in a Microsoft Word format or .PDF format
  • All applicants must present a recent full length photo attached with your CV
  • All applicants must be in a high state of physical fitness, we do not accept personnel that are overweight, or do not follow a regular fitness regimine
  • Preference given to applicants that have  2+ years in an active combat zone (that does not include East Timoor, or UN peace keeping missions)
  • Those applicants that have advanced medical training (WEMT, EMT, Paramedic, LPN, RN), will be given preference
  • Those applicants that have current PSD courses, and internationally recognized shooting/tactical courses will be given preference
  • Provide a minimum of three references of management, or supervisors that have been in direct charge over you in your last three jobs
  • Those with military experience must submit a copy of their discharge certificate (DD214 or equivalent)
  • Anyone with a history of substance abuse will not be considered.

 

Management positions:
  • Minimum of an associate’s degree, bachelors degree, or higher.
  • Must have  had responsible charge type management background (that does not mean PSD team leader, or static site supervisor).   We only accept CV’s from senior (senior enlisted, major or above) military positions, Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, Business Development.
  • Must meet all of the fitness level, and medical screening requirements listed above.
  • Preference given to those who have extensive industry experience in high threat environments
  • Most importantly, be able to multi task to cover other management roles.
  • Be a positive team player.  We have no need for those who consider conflict a management tool.
